Introducing our 500ml Duck Off-Window Beading Treatment, specially formulated to provide rain-repellent protection for the glass surfaces of boats, cars, and RVs. This advanced treatment creates a hydrophobic barrier that causes water to bead up and roll off, ensuring crystal-clear visibility even in rainy conditions.

Preparation:

• Ensure the glass surface is clean, cool to the touch, and free from direct sunlight.
• For best results, use a clay bar and decontaminate the surface before applying the Duck Off-Window Beading Treatment.

Application:

• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Spray a light, even coating of the Duck Off treatment directly onto the glass surface.

Bonding:

• Allow the treatment to bond with the glass surface for a few minutes, forming a strong hydrophobic barrier.

Wipe Down:

• Using a clean microfiber cloth, gently wipe away any excess product and residue, leaving a clear, protective finish.

How long does Duck Off last?
Durability depends on driving conditions, weather and wiper use, but regular application will help maintain maximum water repellency and visibility.

Can I apply Duck Off to a wet windscreen?
No. For best results, apply to clean, cool and completely dry glass to ensure the product bonds correctly.

Do I need to clean the glass first?
Yes. Thoroughly clean the glass with Salty Captain Glass Cleaner before applying Duck Off. Any dirt, oils or contaminants left on the surface can reduce performance.

Will it stop me needing to use my wipers?
No. Duck Off improves water beading and visibility by encouraging water to roll off the glass, particularly at higher speeds, but it does not replace the need for windscreen wipers.

Can I use it on side and rear windows?
Yes. Duck Off can be applied to all exterior automotive and marine glass, including windscreens, side windows, rear windows and mirrors.

Can I apply multiple coats?
Yes. Applying a second coat after the first has been buffed off can improve durability and water repellency.

Will it affect tinted windows?
Duck Off is designed for exterior glass only, making it suitable for vehicles with tinted windows, provided it is applied to the outside surface.

How do I know when it's time to reapply?
When water no longer beads and sheets off the glass as effectively, clean the glass thoroughly and reapply Duck Off to restore optimum performance.
