Refund Policy
Returns:
- Our returns policy is 28 days. If that time has been exceeded, unfortunately we are unable offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards
- To complete your return, we require proof of purchase
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for return
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected by our staff, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, funds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working to process. If you have any concerns regarding your refund, please contact admin.us@saltycaptain.co
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact admin.us@saltycaptain.co Exchanges can be made within 28 days of receiving your package if in original condition. Cost of shipping will be covered by customer.
Damaged Items:
If your item is damaged in transit, please contact admin.us@saltycaptain.co within 14 days of receiving items to replace. Photo evidence is needed to process replacement. If contact is not made within 14 days, we are unable to process a replacement.
Faulty Items:
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact admin.us@saltycaptain.co to arrange a replacement. Photo/video evidence is needed to process replacement. Replacements will only be given if within the warranty period.
